Our 70% Dark Chocolate Bar is made from nib to bar in our Torquay factory, stoneground for 3 days with organic Peruvian cacao and coconut blossom sugar. That's it!

Our minimal processing helps retain and bring out the beautiful flavour complexity of cacao and it's incredible antioxidant profile. There are 5-10 times more antioxidants in cacao than blueberries!

Tasting notes: rum, raisin, lime, winey and with a hint of cinnamon.
