Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Locations
We currently offer delivery to hospitals and retirement homes only. At this time, we do not deliver to residential or rural addresses, and we do not offer international delivery.

Outside 200km radius: Delivery fee will be quoted based on location and delivery costs.

Returns Policy
At Em’s Florals & Gifts, we take great care in preparing each arrangement and selecting our giftware. Due to the nature of our products, our returns policy is as follows:
Flowers (Fresh, Dried & Faux)
All sales of fresh, dried, and artificial (faux) flowers are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on floral products due to their perishable and delicate nature. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery, and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
Giftware
We may offer a return or exchange on giftware items under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Returns are subject to approval after inspection
Refunds may be issued as a store credit or exchange, at our discretion
We do not accept returns on sale or clearance items.

Damages & Faults
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and proof of purchase. We will assess the item and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Breakages In Store
Customers are responsible for any items broken or damaged while in-store. We kindly ask that all items are handled with care.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any products.
